eXact® Strip DPD-1 offers users a new, more convenient, delivery system for DPD. With eXact® Strip DPD-1 
there are no more tablets to crush,
powders to spill, glass ampoule to break, or dispensers that release irritating dust. All required reagents are precisely measured and impregnated on a
test strip pad. Simply dip the strip into a 10ml water sample for 20 seconds with back and forth motion, remove, discard the strip, and immediately read
in your chlorine meter. eXact® Strip DPD-1 is compatible with a wide range of existing meters from manufacturers such as Hach®, LaMotte®, Orion®, WTW®, and others.USEPA accepted for reporting water and wastewater analyses*
US EPA Compliant identifies items that, according to federal EPA requirements, are approved for reporting purposes when used
correctly in the appropriate test method. State and local regulatory agencies however, often have different reporting requirements. Always check with your
local governing authority to be certain that a specific item is suitable for reporting in your area.
*Procedure is equivalent to USEPA method 330.5 for wastewater and Standard Method 4500-Cl G for
drinking water when used with Palintest Chlorometer 1000 or equivalent.

This eXact® Strip DPD-3 (Potassium Iodide) is to be used in conjuction with an existing eXact® Strip DPD-1 sample, to get Total Chlorine results:
Continue testing by adding to same DPD-1 test portion, one eXact® Strip DPD-3 and for 0 seconds move eXact® Strip with back and forth motion (at gentle rate of about two moves per second). This motion releases reagents and mixes simultaneously. Remove Strip and discard in trash. Allow chemistry to form full color by waiting two minutes. Take photometer reading displayed and record for future reference. This reading is Total Chlorine concentration as parts per million (ppm) or milligrams per Liter (mg/L).Detailed Specifications:
