Multilingual Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic multi-lingual Sales Specialist that speaks English and Spanish / Portuguese, French or German for the Rock Hill, SC office to promote one of the most important developments in water quality testing this century which connects a NSF Certified water quality testing device to the smartphone!

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities and duties:

  • Bring an enthusiastic, go-getter attitude with you every day and contribute to the overall success of the ITS Team
  • Manage Spanish and/or Portuguese accounts to generate sales in various assigned markets by calling and emailing contacts from trade shows, cold calling, referrals, and various other lead sources
  • Conduct domestic and/or international sales based in Rock Hill, SC office with occasional customer and prospect visits
  • Implement promotional activities, prepare and deliver presentations on products and solutions offered and coordinate and participate in industry events and conferences such as trade shows, national and/or international
  • Develop and introduce highly successful sales tools, interweaving the company's profitability objectives with its high standards of customer service
  • Analyze the potential of a client and oversee the creation of programs and other tools that will help them and ITS be successful in domestic and/or international markets
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure all efforts are working to a common goal of success within defined markets
  • Spanish speakers will develop/translate sales & marketing literature for our Spanish and/or Portuguese clients
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well with other people to pitch marketing campaigns to corporate executives
  • Demonstrate proficiency with all required aspects of the ACT CRM, Word, Outlook, Excel, and other required software programs (CRM training provided)
  • Assist and compete in all sales and marketing projects/contests
  • Maintain overall professional appearance of your work station, department, and other areas as required
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports as required
  • Enhance profit margins and generate NEW business globally by caring for existing customers and developing new customers
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Chemistry or related degree a plus International travel to South/Central America, Europe, plus any Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking countries required. Valid passport required.

Quality Control Chemist

The Quality Control (QC) Chemist performs specific routine analyses of samples of raw materials, in-process samples during manufacturing, and finished products according to established procedures, to determine conformance to defined specifications for a particular product including laboratory testing, collecting stability data, conducting visual analysis, measurement tests; rejecting unacceptable materials and approving acceptable materials.

  • Must prepare various reagents, analytical standards, and test solutions accurately and precisely.
  • Designates products for release.
  • Performs release testing per established product specifications on all component types; Raw Materials, In-process and Finished Products.
  • Perform line checks and checks for production.
  • Calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating documentation according to Standard Operating Procedures and review to reflect current processes.
  • Maintain, establish and enforce, through all operational departments, quality and safety requirements in accordance with company needs, based on current GMP and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate that all process errors, product failures, and any process deviations are investigated and that any corrective actions and/or preventive actions are carried out.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Ability to help troubleshoot any difficulties in either the Production process or the Testing procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to draft test methods, component specifications, and laboratory S.O.P’s.
  • Wet Chemistry and Analytical skills pertaining to manufacturing and laboratory activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in maintaining and generating controlled documents.
  • Computer literacy, including PC and Apple operating systems.
  • Understanding of Data-Quality requirements of keeping a formal Laboratory Notebook and familiarity with ASTM, GMP a plus.
  • Ability to maintain the QC Laboratory in good working order; with proper storage of Chemicals, disposal of outdated Chemicals, clean Lab environment, periodic Quality Checks of Instrumentation and Equipment, and compliance with Safety and Regulatory requirements.
  • Minimum: Bachelors of Science in Chemistry or related field.
  • Minimum: 1 Year working in a laboratory environment.

Product Support Chemist

  • Develop test methods as needed to support continuous product improvement
  • Document procedures and processes according to established guidelines.
  • Use photometric and spectrophotometric methods to evaluate raw materials
  • Investigate deviations, follow up on corrective actions.
  • Assist in technology transfer from R&D to Manufacturing
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Working knowledge of GMP, GLP, ASTM procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot processes and formulations
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Knowledge of water chemistry
  • Photometric, spectrophotometric, and wet chemical skills

Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager for the Rock Hill, SC office to promote one of the most important developments in water quality testing this century which connects a NSF Certified water quality testing device to the smartphone!

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities and duties:

  • Bring an enthusiastic, go-getter attitude with you every day and contribute to the overall success of the ITS Team
  • Manage accounts and generate sales in various assigned markets by calling and emailing contacts from trade shows, cold calling, referrals, and various other lead sources
  • Conduct domestic and/or international inside phone sales based in Rock Hill, SC office with occasional customer and prospect visits
  • Travel to conferences and trade shows throughout the USA where you will present products through exhibitions, educational seminars, customer visits, and more
  • Implement promotional activities, prepare and deliver presentations on products and solutions offered and coordinate and participate in industry events and conferences such as trade shows, national and/or international
  • Develop and introduce highly successful sales tools, interweaving the company's profitability objectives with its high standards of customer service

Paid Marketing Intern

We are seeking a dynamic Paid Marketing Intern for the Rock Hill, SC office to promote one of the most important developments in water quality testing this century which connects a NSF Certified water quality testing device to the smartphone!

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities and duties:

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (i.e. social media, direct mail, email promotions and internet)
  • Help produce marketing materials
  • Help manage and update company website and social media channels
  • Help organize marketing events (i.e. trade shows)
  • Attend occasional trade shows throughout the US in cities such as Chicago, Orlando, Las Vegas, New Orleans, etc.
