Return Policy

Normal business transactions may require the occasional return of merchandise for exchange. If you wish to return merchandise, you must first obtain ITS Europe’s express, written consent, and include proper documentation.

Returns Procedure

To expedite return shipments, please follow the return procedure outlined here:

 

1.       Within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, call the Customer Service Department at 0044 (0)1722 329502 to obtain Return Authorization.

 

2.       Industrial Test Systems Europe, Ltd will send you, via fax, Return Authorization documentation and instructions, or provide you with a Return Authorization number.

 

3.       Include Return Authorization document(s) inside of the shipping carton(s) or clearly indicate the Return Authorization number on the carton(s), as directed. Ship carton(s) to Industrial Test Systems Europe, Ltd within 15 days. Shipments not bearing Return Authorization Documentation or a Return Authorization number will be refused.

Please note that some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
